Anchors is not a panacea. They are just meant to invoke a particular response in your brains, and shift you into a desired state. This is one small tool that is impossible to cover in a 3 minute video. You may get into the same state by your standard way, warming up and talking to several sets before the real ones,or you may teach your brain to use a shortcut. Btw, you can use anchoring on girls in the same way - shift them into a desired state (eg arousal) then introduce an anchor, every time the anchor is activated she would shift into that state. Ross Jeffries built his whole seduction system on NLP. Me personally is not the biggest fan of NLP, however I use a couple of routines. My favourite one is to shift a girl in a state of being in love, and then place an anchor. I think I even have a video running this routine and the reaction of the girl - gold!!

There are so many tools out there, I share only those that work for me. However, they may not necessarily work for others. But you wouldnt know unless you tried.

Its all about awareness and choice. I wish someone taught me this stuff in my teenage years or even early twenties.

Critical thinking is important, dont trust everything on the web - there is a lot of bullshit out there. If you find something interesting, research more, ask for expert opinion, try yourself. NLP is like a nuke, you need to know what youre doing not to learn some dysfunctional behavior.
