Sit next to her. Allow a silence in the conversation to develop. Lean in and kiss. If she turns away don't acknowledge it, don't apologise, just continue with a normal conversation. Try again in 10 minutes.

Btw, really great that you are lining up multiple prospects. You don't have to sleep with them all (not that it's likely to happen since you are new to this).

The number one mistake noobs make is that they don't take enough action. They don't approach enough, they don't get enough contact details, they don't go on enough dates. If your lifestyle can accommodate it you should have 2 or 3 dates lined up per week. Which may mean approaching 100 times a week.

As you get better you can approach less and still get the same results. You don't have to sleep with them all but you need to feel abundance and like there are no shortage of women.

Sit next to her. If you don't have anything to do in your dorm, then just talk with her. Show her your interests. If you can't even do that just go for broke. Tell her she's got something in her hair. She'll know what's good. If she tries to get it herself, after a couple of times of her trying to get it, say you'll get it for her. Then gently touch her face and lean in. That's it really, but also really obvious and not smooth.

If you can talk to her just joke around, and touch her. Kino. Start poking fun at her or with her. You can use this mess around with her and tickle her and shit. Ask her if she's one of those weird people and likes her feet being played with. Question her with a hint of flirtyness. Push her onto the bed. When you're doing this, you HAVE to come off as comfortable and show familiarity. Like you've been really good friends for a while.

Another thing you can use is your phone. I hope you got interesting stuff on it. Watch something on it. Donald Glover's "Weirdo" for instance. It's gonna be uncomfortable unless you're leaning into each other. Put your hand that's facing toward her behind her back, or on lower back if your brave. You can also sling your arm around her shoulders and use that hand to hold the phone. This one is pretty straightforward, as your watching you won't have to do much talking so she won't have to say shit to save face. If she's got any tattoos trace them with your fingers, or gently tap them to draw attention. Point is, get your hands on her. Honestly man, if she's cool with you having your hands on her, it's game. Fuck her till she forgets the English language. In my opinion I would start playing with the bra strap. Kissing is fun and all, but it's not fucking. One hand it. Or you could go for the classic making it and undressing each other at the same time.

If youre brave enough man. Just sit her down and be like, "I wanted to have some fun, What are you trying to do?" This puts her on the spot and one thing I've recently learned is you can't put females on the spot. You have to initiate and be the aggressor 'cause you're the man. That's what they expect, and if you do anything less than that they either take it as a sign if disinterest or that you're not man enough for them. I hate it, but hey, at least I'm the one with the dick.

Only thing I can say to answer your question is that when you kiss a girl, be sure to put your tongue into her mouth, i.e. "French kissing". On my first date, when I was about 17 (about 40 years ago) I figured out to use my tongue ONLY because I had read it once in ONE publication about some girl who was seduced by a lesbian. Nobody had ever told me to use my tongue.

Hope you tossed all your skinny pants. There's no way to teach kissing or how to be comfortable around a girl, you just have to do it, expect it to not go well the 1st time (it may go well, who knows you might be born a natural and not know it) and learn by experience.
