You might be acting too eager and too interested to see her again, far more than she is, and that's not good.

After a date you should be mysteruous and be hard to read for her, she should need to wonder what you are thinking and instead you are the one wondering what she must be thinking which means you are starting to be needy and starting to chase, losing your power.

So no, you shouldnt tell her you had a good time, why would you want to say that? You are just looking for reassurance from her by saying things like that. Let me put emphasis on "an activity that you will do with or without her", she needs to hear that you will do this activity regardless of her answer, because you don't base your life around her deciding if she wants to go or not, you do your thing that should be exiting enough for her to join and it's up to her to join you or not, without waiting for her.
