Inner game my friend. Meditate and isolate just why you feel this way concerning all this shit. Then make realistic steps on how you can resolve these issues. Keep analyzing your approaches and efforts and let the process work. If you cant feel good without women, you're gonna have problems when you do get them.

Desperation comes from a lack of abundance. Abundance is a mentality that you have all the needs for yourself and others around you.

People tend to gravitate towards abundance and away from desperation.

When caught in a desperation cycle the only way out is to work hard and create an abundance of something in your life that you can share and help the people around you with.
