I always had this. Dates is a trigger for me, i never had a date with a close, and it's like all the past failures come up, telling me it will not happen, unworthy etc. My mind picks up on every little detail that i did right or wrong and amplifies it.

But i improved a lot on getting numbers and dates, but not yet much experience on dates. One helpful mindset i am thinking of using is: this is the only date i have been in my life, stay present. Any other tips? Also, when is it time to stop game, teases, qualifying, and all that, and just have a conversation?

I mean she comes on a date so she already likes me. Is it better to just focus on comfort (=conversation flow) rather then on attraction? And is this the best way to lead a close: when we we meet at the bar, talk about something in my place and then change topics?
