This post had to be taken down because it appears to be focused on a specific situation or person. While Field Reports deal with specific situations and people, remember that the focus is different:

The trick with the age gap is to treat it like no big deal and make jokes. What you said validated to her that she should care.

I always found it fun to flip it around and act like the girl is hunting for an older man.

“I should be careful, you’re clearly after my life insurance.”

“So when did you discover your obsession with older men?”

But you don’t have to give up after one unanswered text, you should just start the conversation again as though nothing happened.

She is a low interest girl based on the fact that she already denied your first attempt by saying she doesn't drink.

It's likely that before you take her out you need to get her emotionally invested because so fat it seems like she barely knows anything about you and only gave you her number without being genuinely invested in you, just to see what else is there about you but still not sold on the idea of meeting up with you yet.

In other words, you have to connect over texts first, and forget about asking her out for now.

This usually happens when you gor the number too quick in person. You probably had a 2 minute conversation filled with superficial imperosnal topics and then you asked for her number without really having bonded at all and without making any emotional impact at all. So she is unlikely to just go that easy with you and you will have to get to know her over texts before going on a date.
