I was wondering how you guys cope with this. Example: I work in a shop where it's pretty hectic most of the time(we sell fish). All of my colleagues are girls, none of them ugly so there's some innocent flirting going on most of the time. Today 2 gorgeous and very cute girls came in and I was the one to help them. They wanted something special so it took me a little longer to get the product the way they wanted. They needed fish for sashimi wanting me to cut it in slices for them for them. When is was looking for it another customer next to them said they could better just cut it themselves. Some talking later they happily left the shop, I felt pretty good about it but was sure there was a lot more to get out of it. Like offering to visit them to cut the fish, not completely serious but a no still wouldn't make me look bad ;). For now I just hope to see them once more, at least having something to talk about.

I mean when I'm going out I have a whole other mindset, making me say just those things. But at work, how do you guys switch? Or is it better to always be prepared?

I hope I made this one a bit understandable giving the fact that I just have had a few beers. And for grammer: I'm from Holland but I'm doing my best ;)
