Ask her to hang out..
[–]PathToGreatness 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
We do hang out. I just have to talk to her for 8 hours at work tomorrow and don’t want to be a total turn off

Oh gotcha. I mean, it’s a place of work you don’t need to try to turn her on there. Best not to anyway.
Maybe when you hang out make a move. Netflix and chill.

What I mean is I still want to keep it work appropriate but I feel like I’m ruining the chances of hanging out if I don’t at least create some sort of tension at work

Nah I don’t think you will. Keep it friendly. You can be a bit flirty if you want. I don’t think you’re going to ruin your chances of escalating anything.

I agree with u/kstops. In addition I would add:
Keep the contact normal and only necessary. No point in over-entertainment. She already showed her interest, make her longing for it in I would say a push pull method but not too heavy. Curiosity is key. Don't avoid, definitely not, just don't overdo it. Try 80% work/casual and 20% flirtatious. Also its work so focus on that as well. You got this, relax.

i can't believe that any guy would risk a sexual harassment complaint following them around to every job interview they'll ever have
meet women at bars, clubs, parks, libraries, anywhere but work!

... people date co workers all the time. I have...
The girl already expressed interest. There’s no sexual harassment going on.

I don't understand this post. If she said she wants you to smash then you've already won. You don't need to seduce her at work. Keep it light but sprinkle some flirtation into your interactions and see how she responds. If she was aggressive enough to say she wants the D then she probably wants you to reciprocate and at least show that you intend to blow her back out. Women like a guy who's confident and you have every reason to be confident when it comes to her because you know she wants you. p.s. remember that if things go sour you're gonna have to see this chick every day because you work together and you don't know what kind of crazy she is yet. Good luck
