The necessary, often missing piece is being present and paying attention to the people around you. Really paying attention so that you're aware of what THEY want and being in a position to know and see whether you can offer that or want to offer it.

Also, you need to drop your expectations because you're going to shoot yourself down like crazy if you keep focused on this whole omg-school-is-over-and-I-haven't-lived-yet garbage nonsense.

College is not the freaking be-all end-all. So stop acting like it is. Want options for what to do with your social life after college? Give the city/town/metro area where you live and we'll see what we can do with what you have near you.

The real key is getting really good at game but if you only have a few weeks to work with then read Mode One by Allan Roger Currie.

Its a short read.

Its the idea of radical honesty and being clear as fuck with your intentions. That means, you basically tell a girl that you want to fuck her brains out. But given the state of things in recent years, you'd be putting yourself at risk of being accused of sexual harassment or whatever shit SJWs complain about these days so I really recommend reading the book before you walk up to a girl and tell her you want to bend her over a desk and fuck her until her head's spinning because in the book you will learn to express things in a way that still get your intentions across extremely clearly but express them in a way that is more socially acceptable. The craziest of the crazy will still complain about it but if you're talking to a girl that's fairly normal, you'll be fine.

Of course, if you were just asking for how to have sex fast, no girlfriend stuff involved then I would have said look for girls that are looking for a quick hookup and I would have told you how to spot them and how to seduce them.
