one handed technique: reach behind, put your fingers underneath the strap and your thumb on top, use a snapping motion like you're snapping your fingers. buy a bra and practice (seriously). A girl knows you're good at sex when you can unsnap her bra in seconds without any trouble and without using 2 hands.

BTW if she's got huge boobs there will be a lot more snaps to undo, but the rule is the same, you should know how to unsnap any bra with one hand effortlessly.
