Alternatively you can social game her. Expand your social circle make friends with her friends and just be an awesome guy. When her friends start telling her about this awesome guy they know (you) she'll be interested because you'll have all the social proof in the world. Y'all will have enough mutual friends at some point that you'll get an introduction and you can game her from there.

It's important to realize that even if things don't pan out with her that at least you made new friends who will maybe have other cute friends

approach from the mentality that she is a side effect of your expanding social circle not that she is the reason for your expanding social circle

Really though go the extra mile and find out more logistics about her like parties or things she regularly attends. When you get there don't be a beta who only shows up like a cliche cartoon character. Say you are trying it out and then make it you didnt like it but she was the only good thing about it.

Once you have your coincidental encounter set up its basic shit. Look for iois, add to the vibe of what ever it is you are doing and introduce yourself. If she likes you and it goes well set up a date or party or event you are invited her to so you are free to escalate. If she doesn't go cut your losses and move on bro.

Or DM her if you have a strong social profile. Most cool people do it and if they have the perceived value it works like sending out a strong resume.
