Just like Riding_Crossbow said, don't.

Be a memorable fun waiter (for all your patrons), and the women will see you as a good guy, which'll set you up for openers if you pass them on the campus. Maybe they'll drop info on parties, or even leave their number on a naptkin or the bill. Either way, don't worry about it and just focus on being an awesome waiter.

If you're worried about numbers you're going to creep someone out and lose business, and have a reputation to overcome - "Don't go to TurtlesWaffleHouse, that one waiter is creepy".
