Well, either she's having a lot of fun toying with you, or she wants to broach the topic of expanding your relationship or partners and was poking for your reaction.

I definitely would have pressed at why she wants me to know how many people she has slept with. Did she bring up the topic or did you?

I would have pulled the car over, told her to get out for being a slut, and driven back home. Not cool of her to be a sexual person without your permission
