I'm really bad at socializing, that said this year I've tried to be outgoing and I have worked on myself. To the matter at hand now, I've been talking to this girl from my workplace for a while now. She likes engaging in smalltalk but flakes when I hit on her. She already told me not to get attached because she's not ready for a friendship. However, I ignored this and she keeps hmu for small talk and advice to the extend of double texting me when I ignore(not once). She has also implied that she only talks to me most of the time. My question is, should I ask her again this time being clear about wanting a relationship or just go with the flow remain in the friendzone and watch where that takes us.

P.S she said she missed me when I cut contact for about a month.
