After waiting several weeks for something magic to happen, I finally approached a cute girl from my school :D

I was getting bored of that situation, projecting myself into something that may never happen, bored of that confidence building steps (day #1, make eye contact with random strangers, day #2 blablabla). So I said to myself approach her this week OR remove her from your list - and btw remove any of the girl on it. So I waited until the end of week, talked with this about a friend so at the last minute he could force me to do it and did it.

Here is our conversation:

"Excuse me"

"yes ?"

"thought you were cute and just wanted to say hi" (y i know basic opener)

"thanks!"

"[saying my name]"

"Do we know each other?"

"No."

"OK, sorry but I have to go [showing friends]. But thank you!"

Thinking of it, I realized two things:

  • I should have answered to "Do we know each other?" something like "No, that's why I'm here"
  • I should have asked for her name. But I already knew it and I didn't wanted to pretend I didn't.

So it did not worked, but I fucking don't care i'll just move to next girl, with some more experience :)
