Rejections are disheartening but, as you know, you're just a bit unlucky at the moment. There is always failure before there is improvement. Always remember that the rejections you have faced are proof of your improvement even if it doesn't seem like it.
Remember, a master has failed more times than the novice has even tried. Just keep trying, keep thinking what you can do better and you'll get there.

Inaction is more painful than Action. Childhood is over. You are the MAN. You must approach. Always default to Action now. From those of us who wasted years in that hesitation mode know that Rejection is always better than Regret. Always.
You are on the right path! Focus on yourself - never forget the following
As you think you shall become!

Time of the year, weather, stress, and tons of other things can alter the effectiveness of building attraction. Or, you might have gotten into a rut with your approach mentality. Try mixing it up a little. Do some bolder things, experiment with oddball stuff. You might find a new technique or mindset in your search.

try finding an excuse for them to go out with you even if they have a boyfriend. Insist a bit, maybe they want a bolder guy.

No you've literally answered your own question, it's bad luck Your know what your doing you don't need someone else to tell you to keep at it.

I was once told that blaming yourself is a "selfish" (for lack of a better word) way to react to rejection.
Remember: Rejection is not about you. It's about her. She's not available. She's having a bad day. She's taken. She's going through that time of the month. She doesn't feel confident that day
The less you make it about you, the better you'll be. Just laugh it off.
