This is my first post on seddit after lurking this sub for two years. I've been approaching for about six months now after what I've learned on this sub. The biggest takeaway is that Regret from not approaching is worse 10X worse than the rejection of approaching.

I approached 10 women today during Halloween, half of them were good and got some conversation out of them, but the 5 girls I did not approach were the ones I thought about the most afterwards. Deep feel of regret simply because I didn't take that chance. So for anyone reading this; Just take that damn chance. Just do it. You'll feel a lot worse than you would have if you did take it and got rejected. I hope that sticks in my head from now on, after you approach it's easy but the thought that you never even decided to approach hurts more than any sort of feedback you get from actually approaching.
