You're insecure with her, so you play games. If you thought she was into you, you wouldn't act like this. You'd know you're on the same team and wouldn't try to one up her all the time

She's interested but every time you say something she loses more interest

It doesn't seem like the first date went as well as you thought... She sounded willing to give you another chance but you came off butthurt with the "my weekend is now full" line. People aren't going to suddenly change their mind when you didn't make a good first impression and then you tell them you are hanging out with someone else.

I think you took yourself out of the game... I'd drop it and re initiate after a few weeks or if she contacts you again.
