And that’s why I think this subreddit can become very toxic and unhealthy, eventually causing more harm than good. Want my best piece of advice? DON’T overthink it. Don’t take every post or whatever to heart. Don’t believe everything you read on here. It’s the internet. I’d bet my life that more than half the “success/field report” posts are completely fabricated. Some of the advice men give other men to say or do is extremely cringe advice.. And I’m a married woman that stumbled over months ago by accident and I occasionally read posts and offer advice. I’m not even trying to date a woman and some of the shit I read here gives ME anxiety 😂 so.. like I said, take a lot of the stuff with a grain of salt.

Don't be overwhelmed. There is one thing you need to do: approach.

Go up and talk to a pretty girl. It probably won't work the first time, thats okay. Social skills are just like any other skill, they require practice. A guitar isn't going to sound good the first time you play it.

Step two: ask yourself why your approach didn't work. There is no perfect formula for this, but don't fall into either of these two extremes:

I'm a piece of shit loser, no wonder no one will ever love me.
I'm perfect, she's just a stupid bitch.

There are a million possibilities why it didn't work. Maybe she's not in the headspace right now. Maybe she has a boyfriend. Many of these million possibilities have nothing to do with you.

But some of them do. Maybe your delivery is poor. Maybe you could dress better. Maybe you should try and find a better place to meet girls.

Finding out what is in your power and what you can do better is only possible through honest introspection. HONEST. DON'T ESSENTIALIZE.

You can't improve your method without sample data. You got to remember step one and just shoot your shot. Have an opener in mind, but also have a line prepared for when she says "no thanks".

Once you've tried a couple times, come back and look at more specific advice. What vibes with you? Are there any bad habits that you have that other people mention that they found success with after changing? Does any advice someone gives you line up with the pain points that you found with your honest introspection?

You are putting the cart before the horse my friend. Talk to girls, don't reject yourself for them. THEN look up dunking advice after you have learned to dribble.

As others have said and will say on this sub...you can't just read books to tell you how to experience life. You're overwhelmed because there's alot of advice, but being able to tell the good advice from the bad on here is to go out and learn on your own.

This sub is excellent in alot of ways but until you go out there and experience it yourself you're never going to learn.... Read...go out in the field... Read more... Go out in the field... Read...go out in the field. Rinse and repeat

You should just get off of here for a while, go and work on it in the real world. Once you have a better understanding of yourself, what you’re good at, what you’re not with women, then maybe come back and take tips from things you know you aren’t good at and discard the rest. If you try to absorb everything, you might have a hard time either relating to them or implementing things. Don’t overthink it. Take some time and figure out who you are and how you can extrapolate that into talking with women.

My simplification is this: Be healthy mentally and physically.

A more detailed explanation - exercise like a beast, meditate, eat well, drink enough water, get enough sleep, have a good selection of friends, break out of your comfort zone, find interesting hobbies.

When you have fulfilled these basic needs (although often overlooked) your personality will shine through, you will seek new experiences, your anxiety will be low, your skin will glow and you will feel amazing.

Nature is perfect, women seek healthy mates who are non threatening protectors, meaning mentally calm and physically capable.
