Does she know she is being set up with you? I assume she does. Based off this assumption both of you will probably be feeling awkward when you first meet, I know when I was set up with someone it was. It is up to you to make her feel comfortable. How do you do this? Talk with a purpose. Be relaxed, do not fidget. As reverendchuggs said talking about English class, something y'all both share in common, is an easy route to go. Or, talk about something else at your school.

You mentioned that this girl thinks you are attractive. Perfect. She wants to like you and you are going to make her like you more. You talking to her should be enough. In reality, there is no formula to follow, too many variables exist. Go with what you observe, I'm sure you will be fine.

Best way is to start talking about commonalities, in my opinion. It's one of the best ways to establish rapport. You know the girl is attracted to you, so you need to establish some comfort - but don't overdo it. If you establish too much comfort, you get Friend-Zoned.
