How old are you? What is she like? How do you know her? etc.

You never tell her you love her. You make her attracted to you. Your body should talk, not just your mouth.
Try having good conversations with her. Make her do more talking. And while conversing, make statements that will make her talk more, and try avoiding asking questions -- especially yes or no questions.
Ask her out on a date while your conversation is at a high point.
Persist if she resists, but only so far.
Don't have oneitis for this girl. If you don't know what that is, find out.
While conversing, do a little bit of kino.
Don't talk on the phone. Just use it (if at all) to set up the dates.

Seduction is not there to make one girl fall in love with you, especially if she already knows your not an alpha male. Just by your post you come off as timid, and not sure of yourself. Do some confidence exercises, meet some other people. Don't get a case of the ones.
