The biggest thing you can do for your long-term dating life as a teenager is to develop yourself. Put very little focus into women, and instead set yourself up for a good college/adult experience. You probably will think you're already doing this, but I'm saying do it even harder. Get straight A's so you can go to a good college on scholarship, pick a good career path and start working towards it (tech, engineering, math, health, some business fields), hit the gym hard (seems like you are doing this, good job), & join a lot of extracurriculars to learn how to operate in student orgs (will be good practice for college and introduce you to a lot of people). Taking any energy you would put into learning daygame/pua (something that imo doesn't work well in a high school environment, as you quickly can get a bad rep), and putting it into self-development will pay massive dividends in 3 years when you go to college (an environment that's much more conducive to learning pua imo).

I stress self-development so hard because it'll never be easier to do than your age. The moment you become an adult (especially after college), the time crunches and stresses you face slow drastically cap how much self development you can do. When your only job is school and someone else is looking out for you, it's the perfect situation to put 100% focus on yourself.

Definitely just say hi to any girls you walk past in public. And keep walking. Being able to interact with girls without having an internal freak out is a great foundation for confidence. And that internal freak out is really common at your age.

good job man, nice to see youngings start early. i started when i was 20 years old, so 5 years after you. im 21 right now and only ever sleept with 2 girls, got dates from chicks, and gotten close to seggs
