If you aren't having success, you aren't doing everything right. It's that simple. Without more info none of us here could possibly help you debug the situation, but you are failing in at least one area and probably more.

The fact that you're posting to /r/amiugly (a subreddit whose entire purpose is external validation) indicates that you're not actually that confident. Odds are, you're coming off as approval-seeking, needy, or desperate in some way. And that, my young friend, will turn women off to you faster than anything.

Either that, or they legitimately have boyfriends and you have a pathological attraction to unavailable women. In which case, I suggest just going out and talking to more women.
