I have trouble with self-worth myself but I know enough to say that it's about focusing on what you like, workout and work on your mental health. Reading, yoga or meditation. These help me be a better communicator and help me with my anxiety. I am brown and was told by an ex that she thought I was Indian and it turned her on. (Albeit was a little weirded out by it) There's plenty of ladies that fetishize Indians. Just know what you like and focus on bettering yourself.
