I like everything about myself at this very moment except the fact that my right eye slightly turns inwards and does not align properly with the left. I've lost weight, wear clothes that fit and suit me but my number one fear when talking to people(not just women) is that they're instantly noticing that I have esotropia. Even a friend of mine says that it's noticeable, especially when I'm tired.

What is your advice for maintaining eye contact with strabismus? I've been trying to convince my parents to get surgery for it but I get no response from them. I feel it's eating me from the inside, not a day goes by without me wishing I could just align my eyes properly. I don't even like having my photo taken because of this.
