Bar, Café, Museum, Galeries. These costs only a few bucks and are always good first dates. Also there is absolutely no need to pay for the girl, especially if she has a boyfriend.

Cheap drinks. Dimly lit bar. As close to your flat as possible. Flirt heavy. Keep the convo lighthearted and sexual. Go for the kiss early. Lead her to another bar even closer to your flat and then pull her home.

Don't waste time with this girl. Girls with boyfriends are super flakey. This could very well be your last time seeing her again.
