Not necessarily just with girls, but friends on general. There are some people who will just decline my offer to hang out because they are always busy. But it seems like even when they aren't busy they don't hmu or accept my offers.

I don't wanna ditch them completely because we have had good times and been friends in the past but we don't see each other as much nowadays, but it's not nice to have old friends not wanna meet up.

Does it seem desperate to keep asking? I mean I have other friends who do hmu and go out with me so should I just forget about the others? They don't really talk much to me but then when we bump into each other it's like they genuinely missed me. I don't understand some people.
