Google RSD The Blueprint Decoded. It’s a 75 page PDF and it’s the holy grail of inner game. Absolute god send.

Go out and practice. For every 3 girls you lose by being too into them, lose 3 bc you blew them off too much. Fastest way to calibrate.

That’s it. Reading takes about 2 weeks. You’ll be decent in 3-6 months, excellent in <2 years. Getting into relationships is what limits most guys progress.

Find good dating coaches on YouTube and watch them. Watch infields, learn the fundamentals, keep away from too much strategy (like push-pull etc, not saying it doesn’t work, but it isn’t needed at all), try to practice regularly too (I’m not practicing enough too) and just try to adopt the right mindset (Abundance, being genuinely interested in the women themselves rather than approval of others, don’t see rejections as a negative thing etc.). If all else fails, try a bootcamp or hire a dating coach for something else. Oh and stay away from tinder and stuff, it’s most likely gonna be a waste of time.

22 is a great age for a guy to start understanding relationships and building there character. I started when I was 25 I was still a bit shy but determined to be a better man. Become friends first, but don't just approach a girl with the intention of screwing her, because she will be able to tell. You have to be genuine and trustworthy to appeal to her. You don't need 'seduction' methods, because regardless of whether or not you use them, she will either like you or she won't. A pickup line or rehearsed act won't change that.
