I'm 22, never kissed a girl, am still a virgin, and have never really been hit on by a woman. I've got a core group of close friends (about 6) and they all get laid pretty regularly but for some reason I just can't seem to get anywhere with the ladies.

A lot of this is due to the fact I have really low self-esteem and terrible social anxiety, however whenever I start hanging out with a girl who shows interest (almost always friends of friends) I fuck it up. I find that when I avoid texting a girl I never hear from her again, but when I do I end up in a situation where after the first or second exchange she stops texting. Am I making myself to available; What can I do?
