I'm going to be that stereotypical asshole. It is just sex, you're nervous because there is a huge social stigma on it. Humans are sexual fucking beings. IT IS PERFECTLY NATURAL (not to mention a whole lot of fun, and great exercise).

Also, smoke just a little bit of weed beforehand if you're so inclined (and maybe even if you're not). It is a known and effective treatment for anxiety, and is also a natural antiemetic (will help with nausea and general throw-up-y feelings).

Sorry that is a little harsh but it's true. Everyone is nervous but I won't lie, the first time sucks no matter what. It's the second time that happens almost immediately after that's awesome. Just have fun and stop worrying about it.
