So I've noticed an interesting pattern. When I meet girls randomly or approach them , I have no problem pushing and pulling , stating my intent, and just being very flirty.

But, once a girl actually shows interest back and we go on a dinner date or coffee date to learn more, I get very "serious" and straightforward with my questions, almost like an interview. It's like I am afraid to get to close, both physically and emotionally.

While when I approach cold, there's NO fear of outcome or regection. Does that make sense?

I'm dating this girl now, who is hot, and I'm physically drawn to her but on our second date I was very serious , with some flirting sprinkled in. She likes me, so she is being patient.

But how can I work on being flirty once on the date, also work on physical escalation.
