Are you lifting weights? This is something every guy should do, whether you 'like' it or not. You look and feel better and have more confidence as you like what you see in the mirror. Starting now, that's one of your hobbies which you do 3+ times per week. Google and read up on 'stronglifts' or 'starting strength' and find a cheap weights gym.

Nofap? Stop all porn and masturbation. If you're into this heavily, it will make a huge difference when you stop. 1 month in and I've somehow landed a gorgeous Asian girl who thinks I'm the hottest thing ever and absolutely loves sex. I've found the same thing where nothing really sounds that fun. But the key is to just think of it as a learning experience and a meeting people experience. Join meetup.com and find stuff in your local area. Try 1 thing each week (at a minimum) that you haven't tried before. You're guaranteed to meet some normal and some delightfully crazy people, and maybe find a new hobby unexpectedly.

Also as a general rule, make a lot of eye contact with everyone, talk to lots of people when you're out, and for fucks sake get rid of all video game access over summer so hiding inside isn't an option.

You want real results? Do your best to focus on only one thing this summer. Do whatever you can to make yourself feel less boring. That's it.

You do that and your whole world will open up, for real. You'll feel alive, excitable, have more energy... This will make you more attractive.

The best way to develop your ability to interest others is to find things you are passionate in. Girls do not like guys who are generally uninterested with their own lives. Find activities you love and pursue them. Doing things like mountain biking, woodworking or cooking will boost your confidence, give you something to talk about, and make you a generally happier person.
