Ask her qualifying questions. Remember you’re the prize. Right down a list of things you want in a girl. For example.. I’ll ask a girl “I like women who workout, do you workout.” “I like a girl who likes to have fun, are you fun” these are simple examples and you’ll force her to open up and talk more about herself. Shit tests is a dumb concept in itself. If someone acts like a bitch to you for no reason, you telling me you should pursue her more?

I have thought about it a lot and come to the conclusion that I don't think "shit tests" or even "tests" in general are a useful way to conceptualize this behavior. Here's why

It makes you believe women just "give you shit" - which can make you get upset at women, which will hurt your game.
It makes you believe women test you - which means you believe that women decide if you pass or fail. They are the ones in control of your "grading", giving them all the power in the interaction. Seeing it in this light can also make you think that you need to "pass all her tests" to succeed. Again, she's the prize. You're trying hard to win her by passing her tests. It's a mindset where you're lower in power and value.

So how do I conceptualize it?

Playful teasing / banter / flirting
Helping you with your insecurities
Pointing out any incongruencies you have

You say you "bust a girl's balls". Well. What kind of response do you think you'll get when you do that? She will bust your balls back of course! This is a type of banter / playful interaction that you started. If you don't "bust her balls" she's unlikely to bust yours. If you can't handle a playful back-and-forth banter with ball-busting then don't start it.

If you're incongruent. Like you pretend to be confident when you're not really, she might be able to pick up on that and she will try to get you to stop faking confidence by calling you out in various ways. Solution: Don't fake confidence or get better at faking it.

If you're insecure about, for example, your bold head and you wear a hat, women might relentlessly tease you for that so you can get over your insecurity and just own your bold head. She wants to see you deal with insecurities like that head on - pun intended. And she will keep poking at it until your insecurity is gone. You have to realize that your opinion about your bold head is more important than anyone else's. And you should love your bold head. That's the kind of confidence women want you to have and she's trying to help you get there.
