There’s this girl I’m interested in and I’ve played it relatively safe so far, as I haven’t had any social-proof, yet. She was a cast member in a stage production one of my (female) coworkers was a part of. Me thinking I’d never see her this girl again after the show looked her up on instagram, gave her a follow, and left a comment on her latest post saying I liked her in the show. She didn’t respond or follow back, so not great, but not the end of the story because this is where the plot thickens. My coworker who was in the play is hosting a NYE party, and guess who’s going to be there. I’m interested in getting this girl’s number and setting up a date. I know my instagram will come up eventually. I’ve been mulling over how I’m going to approach her since finding out she’ll be at the party in a few days, but I’m still interested to hear what the community thinks. I’d be more than happy to write up a field report after for anyone interested as well.
