I've been single for about 4 years and in an effort to meet new people, I got on the apps. Tinder and OKC to be exact.

I've had a few dates so far, and there seems to be a common theme that I'm realizing I need some advice on- dates being "okay," but nothing special.

I know some people will say that a first date isn't indicative of if there's a real connection, but for me personally, I beg to differ. I've tried multiple dates to see if a spark appears and it never does. If there's a real connection, I almost always know it automatically.

So if I go on dates that appear to be good, but there's certain things that the other person has said/a mentality they have on certain things that I know a relationship would never work, should i just ghost, or do I straight up tell them I'm not interested? I'm not only looking for a relationship, but I'd like it to be a possibility in the far future and I don't want to waste time.

TLDR; ghosting- yay or nay?
