Thanks to seddit I now never take shit from women (or men for that matter) and always stand up for myself/challenge them when they shit test or just act like bitches.. outside of the workplace.. However at the work place I still deal with bitchy women constantly.

I've found myself acting very beta in this environment.. just because I don't want to start stupid feuds with women I work with. I've run into a few situations where you have women who just sit and text all day while basically demanding that other people do their work for them and other such nonsense. I've watched women (even men sometimes) at the workplace fragment off into little groups and fight with each other, gossip, etc..; I just don't want any part of this, so I basically just comply with what they want without challenging them.

Office Bitch: I'm busy right now, could you do blah blah blah whips out Iphone and starts to text

Me: Why don't YOU do it? You haven't done anything except text your baby daddy all day anyway!

Just an example of what I could say the above, but I usually just do what they ask and go on with my day.

TL;DR: is it important to be alpha at the workplace too, or just avoid conflict?
