You need to reframe that belief: "Im not giving into depression ever again"

That statement assumes there is a possibility you doing it. Never think that thought again. instead say to your self "I Exude confidence and happiness always." This is called a positive affirmation.

The more you say these positive affirmations the more they will manifest themselves in your day to day.

Thoughts ---> Feelings -----> Behaviour

You think a certain way, which changes the way you feel about a particular situation and than it turns into a behaviour you naturally exhibit.

Not everybody is getting laid. People who are, like to talk about it, but people who aren't, don't. This creates the false perception that everyone is fucking 24/7, because you only hear about the fucking - never the not-fucking.

Why would not getting laid make you depressed? Life is about a lot more than getting laid. Getting laid is like 1% of the pleasure of life. As long as you equate happiness with getting laid, you're gonna have a bad time.

Someone somewhere once said comparing yourselves to others is unfair because you're looking at their highlight reel and you're looking at your uncut work. You don't get to see all the times that one guy did go home alone and think, "Man, it seems like everyone around me was crushing it tonight and I'm just sitting here, masturbating."

But remember if you get depressed again it's not your fault and you're not doing anything wrong. Depression is an medical condition which symptoms include low self-esteem and lack of confidence. As with any medical condition it's best to accept there's a problem and seek medical treatment.
