Perhaps. I would argue that poor men die for rich men, not for women.

It was a shit test. Whenever a woman at work tells you to do something like this, it is just to see if you will comply. If you comply, they find some other bullshit to test you on next week. If you ignore them, they will stop.

This isn't a logic issue. Women don't think that way. You won't be able to reason her over to your side. It is an emotional issue. Your wife does not respect you. I'd suggest you read up on dread game.

Be attractive. Women will put up with a staggering amount of incompetence from attractive men. Skip all their bullshit socials. all those birthday cakes and bake sales and shit - they aren't for you and they are boring anyways. Don't go. Do not share your personal life. Small talk only - and be careful with that. Be really good at your job. Most women can't tell the difference, but it might help you get a better job.

oof. MensLib is run by femenists. Don't worry about what they think. And just like at the beginning of the gay rights movement, if you come out, expect some shit. But only by coming out and asking for equal treatment will we ever get it.

I had female housemate getjealous of my girlfriend and throw a tantrum. She tried to pick a fight with me, then ran into her room and called the cops when I glared at her. Luckily, I had a female witness - my girlfriend (now wife) or my life would have been over. Every day, when I go to work in NYC, I change trains at Harlem 125th. Every morning, I walk past men who are *literally *dying in the gutter.

First off, don't worry too much. The 19 year-old girls around you are in their prime - they will never be hotter than they are today. I strongly disagree. In the current political climate, you are just wasting your energy. They will take it and never, ever give you legal surrender. By taking abortion off the table and forcing women to live like men, it can later be renegotiated - so long as men get the ability to opt out, too.

paid menstrual leave probably wouldnt affect most employers' bottom line - having staff show up and be unproductive is about the same as having them stay home. Every day on the way to work, I change trains in NYC at Harlem 125th street. The railway line is above ground and provides a lot of shelter for homeless people. For 1 block, I walk past dozens of men who are literally dying in the gutter. Well, you should seriously consider ditching your femenism label, for a start. I work for a group of clinics that does a lot of mental health. The best thing you can do is to care. A lot of your patients know that they could literally for in the gutter, and passers by would be disgusted by the smell. Make sure you are thorough in referring them to housing and other social services. But mostly, just care.

Why do you want a job that will give you power and respect? Power and respect come from being good at your job - pretty much any job. Personally, I greatly prefer chasing money and satisfaction. I'm a database developer, and I like it. I have power and respect because I found my niche and I add value. Everyone I know who went straight for prestige has failed. Or become a cop. But I repeat myself, lol. Seriously, though, what do you find satisfying?

You obviously need to make sure your statistics are strong. Put as many as you can into your presentation materials and make sure you know where each statistic comes from. When it comes to talking, though, make emotional arguments. People can read the facts themselves. In fact, they have to read the facts themselves. If they aren't emotionally ready to listen to you, they will just dismiss and ignore tour facts. "Do you have a little brother? What would happen if...?". The hardest part of arguin…

If your ex-wife is going out on a hedonistic bender (you don't actually know if that is the case) at 41, after 2 kids, she is going to have a terrible time. She is 20 years out of her prime. Google "the betaization process". What she is doing is really shitty, but it is quite common. You are putting way more into this relationship than you are getting out. If she isnt willing to match your comitment, withdraw your own until it is even. Also, reach out to the other kid's dad. He may be able to back you up with testimony when she inevitably ramps up her abuse. You don't deserve this shit. Good luck.

Her statement makes sense if you use the real defeniton of women's rights: total equality with men in every area where it is advantageous to women. gay men and straight men are absolutely closer to total equality than straight men and straight women. Because gay men and straight men are basically the same. In the future, we are going to 'unpack' this and realize that men and women are very, very different, and even of they could be totally identical, it would suck.

As a male (boy or man and especially adolescent) you do not, by default, have any value to society. Others will only come to value you when you put effort into yourself and deliver results from your efforts. 'You are perfect just the way you are' only applies to women. Your mom may have inculcated this idea in you because it never occurs to most women that life is different (harder) for men. And it's bullshit for them, too. They are perfect just the way they are, so long as they are slim and und…

Your daughter sounds like a 100% normal human, and all of her reactions have been perfectly natural (not the same as healthy). I'm neither TG or a doctor, but I work in health care in the Bronx and we have a lot of transgender MTF. There are a lot of them that will never, ever pass as female. Money is a big reason - how much did Caitlin Jenner pay to cut her balls off? More than most of us could afford. There is a huge gap in health care spending. In the US, at my last hospital, mens billed services were only 73% of womens. Culture/psychology - men are less likely to seek and receive help in anything, including health care. Riskier jobs and jobs that take a physical toll, or even working at all. Almost all men spend 45 years in the labor force, much more than women. Biology - nature does not give a shit. Even after accounting for all the other factors, men might still die sooner.

TRP focuses on what we can do for ourselves, but there are other factors that influence her libido. Leading her to a more fulfilling life (horse to water) might boost her libido.

Yeah. IMO, be the best captain you can be. Making her past issues into present problems is just making yourself more work. If it becomes a problem by itself, deal with it then.

Interracial dating is a win-win for everyone: men and women of both genders. Western men get women who will actually cook, clean and fuck. Asian women get men who will actually appreciate them for doing it. Western women get men who haven't been ruined by femenism. Asian men get.... Lol, I guess not everybody wins after all.

He should find another job. His boss is undermining him so that she can feel secure in her own position. Men get turned away when they need help all the time. Part of that is ingrained male stoicism, part of it is the sympathy gap. When they triage you, do not hold anything back. The person behind you with a vagina is going to burst into tears, pull her hair out and claw her face. They try and make triage a clinical thing, but it isn't. You have to make sure that you tell them everything, and don't be afraid to elicit sympathy. P.m me and tell me what you do tomorrow, OK?

That is going to be difficult - our behavior in a relationship is something we start learning from our parents when we are tiny, and it continues to be influenced by a zillion things as we grow. If you have a specific problem of male friends being treated poorly, you could direct them to theredpill. You could also look into becoming a dating coach. If you want to take the baby and exit from his life for ever, you're talking about parental surrender. Unfortunately, men have no such right. You and he could make an agreement today that you would never see each other again, never transfer any money - pretend that you never met and the kid isn't his. If you are at a small college, you have already been found guilty in the court of public opinion. You should consider transferring to a larger school, then suing the shit out of everybody involved. I transferred from a college with a toxic culture. It was the best decision I ever made. You don't deserve this, but neither are you obligated to fight to remain 'friends' with these people. You…

I don't think so. There are also some benefits to being legally married - it gives you standing in medical decisions if your wife is unconscious (or vice versa). There may also be tax benefits and employee benefits. If you are happy, why give those up? The only reason to legally separate when you are in a happy marriage is to protect assets from debt collectors or hide them from the govenrment. Also, if you divorce your wife, that might change the relationship in ways that you can't predict.

I had a similar experience. I moved to the US in 6th grade, and the teachers drove me literally insane. For years, everyone, including my parents, thought there was something wrong with me. They looked at 'special' schools, tutors, everything but the idea that the adults were the problem, not the children.

This is exactly why unsubstantiated, anonymous accusations are the weapons of cowardly scum. If she denies it, next someone will ask her for evidence. If she is innocent, she will not be able to provide it. This is how campus sex courts are tossing men out of college on a monthly basis. There is a script to this shit, and you are on the wrong side of it. The burden of proof rests solely on the person making the accusation.

I don't think there have been enough queens to really explain this phenomenon. Perhaps it is because the queens don't really care about the men they kill, but it could just as easily be that they had a harder time controlling their more aggressive subjects, or any of a dozen other reasons. For me, the Men's rights movement is about issues that are specific to men. Every country has them. Every country and every culture has other issues, too. Gender roles in media aren't really something you can 'stop'. I reckon that as a parent, it is more your job to give them context. It is almost impossible to measure their impact, because gender is so nebulous, and you have no control group. Western girls are definitely taught that gender roles are just guidelines. They are doors that they can open or shut as it suits them. Western boys are not given that. For boys, gender roles are walls.

This needs to be controlled for personal choices - just like the 'wage gap'. It also needs to be controlled for the baby boomer demographic bump. As they get older, more of them will die. Because they represent a disproportionate share of America as a whole, this will make it seem like Americans are dying more frequently.
/r/MensRights04/11/15 07:51 PM

I wouldn't read too much into this. As the baby boomers get older, they are dying more often. Since men have a lower life expectancy, they are going to start dying off a few years earlier, and that is going to make it look like white American men are dropping like flies. Suicide & homelessness are serious problems, but it is red meat which is killing more people than AIDS.

I work in health care IT. Health care is one of the most segregated industries - it is split into men and women at different layers, and the women can be really toxic - especially to the men they perceive as 'below' them. I spend most of my time around computers, but if I were rubbing shoulders with nurses & MOA's, I would always be recording. I would also never fuck with them - they thrive on that shit and they outnumber you 50 to 1. They have a union and HR to back them up. Remember that they …

Well, I guess nobody should be forced to prosecute their case, and when the state prosecutes with no regard to the wishes of the victim, we get some serious stupidity, too. It is going to be hard to find a school with policies which actually treat men equally. It will also very long odds that he will be accused of witchcraft twice. I would guess that the best path forward would involve going to the best school that will take him, and to get as much counseling as you can afford.

/r/MensRights21/10/15 10:06 PM

Justice requires courage. If you want justice for your son, you need to find the courage to stand up for him. If you wait too long, you may find that it is too late. Your son will never get justice and this could seriously stunt his whole life. As a parent, you have a responsibility to do everything in your power to ensure that your children are treated fairly.

All of those comics are valid. Some people act that way, and those people are ass holes. I don't think we should look at those comics as an attack on men in general (even if the comic writer meant them to be), since men in general aren't ass holes. I'm a huge fan of equal time off for parenting - spending time with your children is a privilege. As for 'universal' parental leave, you have to get more specific. There are lots of ways to implement it, and each has its pros and con's. If the femenists (or anyone, really) want to implement policy changes, the easiest way to do that is to portray women as victims who will be rescued by said policy change. This is f*cking annoying. I want time off to spend with my kids because I love my kids, not…

I would suggest writing a paper on a specific men's rights issue, and don't use the phrase men's rights until the very last sentence. You could also write a paper about circumcision, but throughout the whole paper, refer to the boys only as babies and circumcision as genital mutilation (make the reader think the paper is about FGM). You could use real statistics but keep the country ambiguous - or even use a fake country. Then slap them in their metaphorical face with their own gender bias in th…

You can file a police report of the incident - go into graphic detail. You want it documented that you both had oral sex, and that she woke you up with a handjob later in the night without your permission. Report everything that she said and did, as closely as you can remember it. Do not document any uncertainty on your part. They will use that against you. Have you brought up the tattoo analogy. There would be great benefits if you tattooed your name and phone number on your baby's forehead. Why would it be wrong? Interesting read. I think it is analogous to education as a whole: men and women have differences, and an environment or tool can be tailored to suit. We went from schools tailored for boys to schools tailored for girls - there is no reason that search algorithms could not also be tailored. The shoe example used in the article is a bad one, however. Men don't normally have to worry about finding shoes in their size, but very often, the inventory of a woman's shoe will not stock every size. If th…

Others have highlighted the need for social expectations of men to catch up with the 21st century. From a policy perspective, the whole family court system needs to be re-designed. Child support payments are too high for poor or even middle class men. Divorces are one of the leading causes of male homelessness and suicide. Forcing a person to become a parent against their will is wrong, and we would be better off paying for child support with a universal tax, not from fines.

A policy is normally considered discriminatory if it has the result of discriminating against a group - no matter what the policy makers say was their intent. But from what I remember, Birmingham is a bit like New Jersey - there is nothing actually wrong with it, but somehow it is the butt of a lot of jokes. I would encourage you to go see England. I may be biased, but I think it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and I am positive that it is the easiest place to go see that beauty. I would recommend tr…

You went to Burmingham? By choice? In spite of your unfortunate location, you have some huge advantages here. You're an adventurer in a foreign land. If you decide the girl is worthy, you can include her in that adventure - even though she grew up there, it will seem an adventure because she is with an adventurer. Think Doctor Who. You're also way older and more mature than all the boys in the club. It should be easy for you to display higher value. One thing which won't help is your accent. Ame…

2 isn't enough for any real pattern. There are always lessons to be learned from analyzing each encounter, but think of them as hypotheses which must be proven by more experiments (dates). Don't worry that a girl might not be as interested in any given subject as you. It doesn't matter. The girl wants to see that you are passionate about something. Anything. It doesn't matter if it isn't a passion she shares. Talk about whatever makes you excited and energetic. That's a turn on. Even if it's Mag…

Age is important here. It sounds to me like this girl kissed her first boy that night. when you go for the kiss, don't kiss her arm - that is a cop out. If you are holding her hand, kissing that is a good start. Also good is the neck and ears. The cheek is great too, because you can talk & breath into her ear - lots of chicks love that (I know I love it when girls do that to me, too). You should alternate between kissing, saying a few sentences then kissing some more. You want it to be fluid - t…

I had this problem too. You need to ask friend to take action pics. Everyone has a dating profile. There is someone you know who will do it for you. While your hanging out, have them randomly take pictures. Dont pose, dont look at the camera, just do.what you were doing. That, or date a girl who loves taking pictures, but thats kind of like saying that the first step to getting good pictures of yourself is to have a good picture of yourself..

You may not be telling the girl that you want to fuck her before you ask her on a date. Don't tell her with your words, tell her with your body and your eyes. When she tells you, with her body and eyes, that she knows you want to fuck her, then ask her on a date.

Size does matter. Bigger is not better. Vaginas have different sizes too. Each is meant for a different size penis. Yours is proper size for most. You'll never know which fit unless you try them on. Unless that's a 4.8 inch diameter, in which case you must have a can of baked beans down your trousers...

I dated a girl in Thailand and we had about 5 words in common. It was exactly the same as any other relationship, only it was better, because I didn't even have to pretend to listen to her nattering. We were still able to communicate just fine. Sometimes better than if we had tried to do it all verbally.

The same thing always happens to me when I come home from overseas - it is compounded by the fact that I normally move back in with my parents for at least a few weeks. Its like you walk out of the airplane and fall face first onto the asphalt. It could also be your body language and behavior prior to your approach. If you stand in a corner, staring at your target, looking like you're about to vomit as you overcome approach anxiety, your target is going to notice. If you go from one set to the other, getting shot down, targets will notice that, too. I'm going through something very similar. Broke up with a 2 year gf 4 months ago, hooked up with multiple new women, sometimes I still dream about her. I think part of it is just time - you've got lots of chemicals in your brain surrounding your memories of this girl, and they will take time to get scrubbed out. Another part of it might be that you don't have the same kind of connection with the new girls. You might be missing the intimacy of being in an LTR, not the girl herself.

Don't do it. Find your women elsewhere. I work in health care (IT). Do not mix your social life with those women. Even if the girl you talk to is nice, her co-workers are spiteful hags who derive happiness from other people's misery. Do not give them any ammunition against you. Your job will suffer for it. One problem I have with cool stories is that a lot of the time, they don't build any emotional connection - most people have never had the opportunity to be a hero. It doesn't sound like you had a wing man. They are important. A wing man provides social validation, which it seems you were in dire need of. You don't have to have a wing man when you go out, but when you go out alone, your first goal is to acquire a new wing man. Win over the men, and the women will follow.
