Wasn't my first time and certainly won't be my last, but this post is just to remind you guys that it doesn't need to be evening drinks to close on first dates. I've closed on coffee dates, lunch dates, activity dates, you name it.
The date type really doesn't matter much. What matters is your ability to build rapport, comfort, and attraction on the date, all of it through conversation and body language too, touch is optional.
Actually, physical escalation on the date is not even necessary. Pulled many girls without having touched them on the date except for the initial hug. No amount of touch will make up for an uncalibrated vibe.
After that, it's all about how you make the pull. Plausible deniability is key. "You need to come try this chocolate I bought", "you need to come meet my cat", etc. There's always gotta be an excuse for why she's coming over.
Then once she's at your place, that's when the physical escalation actually begins. Sit on the couch, do the thing that you said you were going to do, and then just put your arm around her, have more conversation, then go for the kiss. End game.
