Should you keep talking to a woman despite embarrassing mistakes you've made? On one date I got there late and I had some white stuff on my nose I hadn't seen which she remarked upon with a disgusted expression. It was most likely just dryness after having had a cold. She texted me the next day but I didn't reply because I was embarrassed. Afterwards I said to myself to not care about embarrassing mistakes I made and just fuck. To be honest though I think a big reason I stopped talking to her was also that I didn't like her much.

Right now I'm chatting to another woman. When she first asked me what I do for a living I said astronaut. Then another day she asked me again, and again I said astronaut, but after a little while I told her my real job. I shouldn't have said astronaut because when I told her my real job I came across as insecure about my job because I told the lie. It's even worse because I have a menial job and she's apparently some type of boss. I don't know if she really understands what my job is. I also don't know if she's interested in me as a sexual partner or just as a friend because we met on a language exchange app, not a dating app. I don't know what I hate more, my embarrassing mistake which put me in a bad light or the fact she has an apparently much better job, which is a fucking turnoff for me.
