Try to cold read some things about their profile but not in a negative manner. I like to do it in a mysterious way while also flirting. Something like: "wow you're into this thing, wonder how that would be like if we were to date". Or joke about them saying they gotta protect you if you go out on a date since they seem like they got big muscles (doesn't matter if they don't). Or that before you go meet with them you need to see that they're safe and won't do anything bad to you (kinda like a self irony where you present yourself as a small man who can't defend himself and need his woman to defend him).

Or keep the conversation going based on what she said. Like if you ask what's up, and she says she was doing XYZ thing, you make comments on that or ask questions about that. Like why does she do that etc
