Long history of depression and social anxiety. Last few weeks I have been opening up to random people in pretty much every new vanue I was (gym, supermarket, train station).

When I open on a girl (I opened on around 10 girls) I dont feel 100% confident, but I usually notice that they like to be approached and most of them show some form of interest (asking questions back etc).

Most of these openings on girls are pretty situational, like waiting in line for a traffic light. I just ask if they are gonna do something fun today. It's usually like a small talk for 30 seconds max. But even if there is lot of physical attraction, I still dont have the balls to ask up for a number/drink.

I go outside with the thought that they actually like to be approached. Is this the right mindset or am I really just a fucking simp?
