This is why you wait to have sex with a guy. Like a month or more. The longer the better. If he sticks around with you, it's more likely he feels a connection and isn't just interested in casual sex.

I’ll get downvoted, but a lot of young guys, including myself will get bored if a girl doesn’t put out in a timely manner. Especially if we’re both seeing each other casually. Don’t get me wrong, if I truly like a girl, and want to build a connection, I’ll most definitely wait to have sex with a girl.

A lot of what you described as a guy thing is a pretty normal behavior among both the genders. Just that ladies may not be as actively seeking a physical intimacy as men are, since the outcome of that is a big deal for women.
But if you have trouble finding good guys, i guess you should start looking outside of dating apps.
Hang around your friends, or friends who bring their boyfriends along or their other guy friends.
Alternatively you can always ask your girl friends about guys that they have said no to due to compatibility issues but the ones that you could possibly meet.
Time has a funny way of revealing stuff.
Dating isn't a problem, if you are a decently attractive female and I guess you are in the US, where dating is a pretty normal stuff.
