No low key restaurants that have some sort of live music or ambience? Get a drink and an app. If she's cool go for a walk and see if there's something that clicks for where to go....If she's lame use the walk to walk her back to her car. I look online and see what local events are happening every night. It doesn't have to be super cool....I've had girls interested after going to a farmer's market...it's more of the conversation than the venue. I also have a list of standbys: the best vista spots, a place where you can throw axes, a pinball museum where you play the machines, dive bars and high class bars...

You mention something super low key...a place you would go with your friends to have fun....don't think a date place:

Think to yourself: She's going to go somewhere to hang out with a super cool guy.

Ask her when she's around/available. You can meet/pick her up at ___time, at ___place to do, ___fun thing."

Make it super straight forward: 1) girls get scared easily 2) be specific and take away opportunities for them to flake 3) realize she may flake anyway for any or no reason
