You want to know what I think? There is no necessity for any Kind of program. All those "methods" and "systems" and what not, are there to generate money and spoonfeed insecure guys theory that is not even necessary, so they feel they have an advantage to others. You could almost call them snake oil, but yeah.

So, you want to improve, you want to get laid? I have the real program for you, the reality system. Just 499.99... Just kidding. The best you can do is to identify your problems, whether it be approach, escalation, or whatever. Then work on that first. If it's getting into it, you need practice, and lots of it, no theory will change that. So, approach, approach life, approach. Try different ways to talk, try different ways to get physical and note for yourself how good that worked. Read the sidebar if you need some basic info, and read this sub regularly since here you get real life advice for 0$.

Honestly, I find that staying in my milieu is useful...

Many people say "get out of your comfort zone," (which I agree with) but I interpreted that as needing to go to a club or somewhere that I'd otherwise not be inclined to go.

I find that you can make a lot of progress by interacting with more like-minded people.

Seduction doesn't have to be an uphill battle, and if you're interacting with people that you genuinely mesh with it will work out to both your benefit.

Join a club, take some classes, read books that aren't about getting laid and make growth your primary objective.

I have more options than I could have reasonably considered about three years ago but I'm focused on building something meaningful with my girlfriend.

Meditation is useful as well...Dhamma.org
