I just want to post this as a quick reminder that if you are trying to improve your dating life, you have to be mindful that this takes time.

I find it far too common that guys will go out and then complain about the women. “Oh they’re this, they’re that, etc.”. “It’s hard”. This isn’t a constructive way to think.

No matter how much you complain, you’re not going to be able to change the women. If you think you would have more dating success in another part of the country or another country, then move there! But if you can’t do that, something will have to change about you.

The only thing you can change is yourself. One of the favorite quotes from a dating coach I heard when I first started working on improving this area of my life was “Dont get bitter, get better.” Also, another quote that really resonated with me was “Be happy that it’s challenging, if you actually put the work in you can separate yourself from everyone else.”

So the point is, instead of spending your mental energy thinking about how hard it is, how the women are this and that. Think about how you can better yourself. Some ideas might be: -Lifting weights -Going out, meeting women -Meditate -Evaluate and eliminate habits that are wasting your time

I know this is a very simple and short post. I just want to put it as a reminder of how you should be thinking.

Peace.
