Hi everyone. I want to share with you one of the lessons I learned so far doing pick up for 8 months.

I always used to hear this expression "Your mistakes auto-correct in the field if you keep going out" and I wondered if that was true. A statement like that definitely encourages you to take action because you think to yourself, "Oh, all I need to do is keep going out, taking action, and I'll get good at this?".

Well, I'm here today to share with you that there is a lot of truth to that. Does that mean you should look at your only means of getting better with women as just keep going out? No. You should be putting a lot of focus into your diet, exercise, sleep, meditation, education, career, etc.

There is a lot of truth to the keep going out and your mistakes auto-correct statement.

Now, simply because I have more EXPERIENCE talking to women with ROMANTIC INTENT on the line I actually understand certain truths of these types of interactions that I would never really have understood if it wasn't for going out everyday and doing it a lot.

For example, I would say the #1 thing that I learned is you just have to be comfortable in any situation in which you are picking up a girl. If it doesn't seem like a big deal for you, then it won't seem like a big deal for her. If it doesn't seem weird to you, it won't seem weird to her. I know this sounds overly simplistic but it's really only something you understand if you just keep putting yourself through the process.

I remember picking up girls in the grocery store at first, I would be like "Woah oh man I'm getting a girls # in the grocery store" and almost feeling too excited about it and the girls could sense that. I also remember listening to pick up advice and the guys would say, "Yeah, when you're getting the number don't act like it's a big deal, just act normal, keep the conversation going for a bit, etc." And I would actually do what they said, but it wasn't real. I was acting, which is fine. That's what I had to do because picking up girls really wasn't normal for me back then.

But now, when I'm getting a girl's phone number in a situation like that, there's just a carefree vibe about it and the carefree vibe is actually authentic. I'm not acting carefree because a pick up guy said that's how you should act, I've actually been through the process a bunch of times, screwed it up a bunch of times, and just know from experience now that being carefree is the way to be.

So, if you don't have any experience picking up women, the best thing you can do for yourself is just start. Start, mess up, learn. Mess up, learn. Mess up, learn. But actually learn. Actually be thoughtful about how your interaction went. Actually be consistent with doing this multiple times per week over a long period of time, everyday if you can. Because it does pay off, you do get better as long as you keep a good attitude and keep developing yourself in all other areas of your life.
