Alright gents, here's whats up. I request your honest opinion and advice. Be brutal. I'm not here for reassurance, just encouragement. I'll keep it as brief as possible.

1. My life is pretty awesome right now

I've recently come to the conclusion that I am becoming more and more "A Great Catch" every day. I recently finished a graduate degree, and I've been hitting the gym like it owes me money. I have lost 40 pounds since going back to it. For the first time in my life I'm trim and muscular. After a lifetime of being that "kinda fat but not really" guy this feels great. My shirts are now tight on my upper body.

I've also been head hunted for future dream jobs. I'm working on contract right now which will work in the short time, but I am objectively good at what I do.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been been called, by other people, "The alpha in the room." I've never been told that before, and it feels great. Long story short part of my career is leading people and being in charge. I won't say what I do exactly.

So my mind is sharp and my body is being tuned up - I figure everything else will fall into place. This is my life and I own it!

2. I've always been friendly and outgoing

This is actually a double-edge sword, because it's so easy it is routine, and that routine needs to change. I've worked in promotions for a lot of my life, so approaching people, approaching anyone is effortless. I've read some PUA stuff, and played around with it, but it always ends with me literally pushing away women and leaving. I'm great with people, and people like me, it's just #3.

3. "Inner Game" Issues

I certainly don't lack self-esteem or the ability to be honest and fun with others. I can be really charming when I want to be. The problem is that I don't really care. For reasons I won't get into, I've always seen pursuing women to be a waste of time and energy. This is an old throw away account, but I've had three girlfriends since I made it originally. It just sort of happened.

I get flirty and fun, and I've caught women eye-humping me lately, doing all the signs of interest (if thats what you call it). But it always strikes me as being somehow basic and not really worth it. I know exactly why this happens internally, so I won't bother explaining why I think that way. I just know things need to change. I've worked very hard to get where I am and I feel good, now I have no more excuses. I want a space in life for women and dating. No good reason not to have that. I've seen a counselor and worked out some of my inner issues, and I'm much more honest and warm with people. This includes being in touch with a repressed sense of male sexuality. I have The Book of Pook to thank for that. There is progress.

4. This progress will continue..

I'm not done yet. My life improvement will continue regardless of what comes of this post. I just want to know how to start targeting it toward personal and not professional goals. So what's the next step? Like a target number of approaches? Some kind of objective? How do I start seeing dating, seduction and love as being worth it?

If you have suggestions I'd love to hear them. Thanks for reading.
