You're fine. I was there a few years back. Here's what helped more than I could have inagined: Body. Workout like your life depends on it cause it does. Mind: find ways to find peace within yourself and learn to be comfortable in the unknown. That's where opportunities happen to be playful and help other around you feel a bit of joy. (Needed for banter and flirting) Style: outfits, hairstyles and even your shoes show how you think and help others see you. Figure out which colors work on you and which haircuts work and which dont. Last but not lease, I can't strws this enough. Have fun. It's a process. Hurts at first but then it starts to get fun. Then let the fun begin.

And quit the self pity. It's in your way. Good luck!
