How recently have the both of you noticed each other? Are you in an apartment building, or what? Has she ever so much as waved at you yet? Does she know you exist? More context is needed. You don’t want to be too bold and approach her if no reasonable candid opportunities are available or if she hasn’t given you any friendly gestures.
